Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use reachstaff.com, the Reach app and related emails (the "Service") provided by Reachstaff ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- Corporate accounts must be created by someone authorised to act for the organisation.
2. Using Reach
Reach lets people find jobs, hire talent, offer and find services, share posts, and verify identities and skills. Reachstaff provides the platform and is not a party to agreements between users, such as employment relationships or service contracts, unless we say otherwise in writing.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give Reachstaff a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share that content to operate and promote the Service. You must have the rights to anything you upload.
4. Not allowed
- False, misleading or fraudulent listings, profiles, credentials or verification documents.
- Harassment, hate, discrimination, illegal content, or sexual content involving minors.
- Spam, scraping, malware, or trying to bypass security, payments or exam integrity.
- Requesting payment or personal documents from applicants outside of lawful, legitimate hiring.
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Payments
Pro plans, exams and other paid features are charged through Stripe at the price shown before you pay. Discounts apply only as stated. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Payments between users for services are their responsibility unless processed through Reach. Payment and service disputes can be raised through the app, and we will review them in good faith.
6. Verification and exams
Verification badges and exam results reflect checks at a point in time and are not a guarantee of identity, qualification or performance. Cheating or submitting another person's documents may result in revoked results and account suspension.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Reachstaff is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of users, employers, candidates or service providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@reachstaff.com. We may keep some records where required for payments, disputes, security or the law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will update the date above and notify users where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
